PeptPro ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
We collect your email address at sign-up, audio recordings you submit for analysis (processed in-memory and not stored beyond the session), profile information you voluntarily provide (name, date of birth), and usage analytics to improve the Service.
Your data is used solely to provide and improve the Service, authenticate your session, and send you notifications you have opted into. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Account data is stored securely in Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure in the EU). Audio recordings are processed on-device or in-memory and are never written to persistent storage.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@pept.pro. Account deletion is also available from the Account settings page.
We use session cookies strictly necessary for authentication. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.
We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
